Windows 11

If you have IX1D v 3, IXRefraX or IX2D-GM, the version you have will not run in Windows 11 because it will not recognize the USB key.

If you have key serial numbers 2xxx, these keys to not require a driver. In this case, go to the Updates column shown above, download and install the newest version. This will replace the one you have with a version that will recognize the key.

If you have a key with serial numbers 1xxx, this key requires a driver. You will need a new driver. You can download this from https://az-tech.com/downloads.html by clicking on Rockey4.zip

So with these 1xxx keys, you will need the new driver as well as the new Interpex software as described above.

If you have lost the keychain and do not know the serial number, you can download KeyShow.zip from the Az-Tech downloads page and run it with the key installed. This will show you the serial number and will show the key as a Rocky4 if it requires the driver and as Rocky4ND if it does  not require the driver.
